I have a pure breed all black male shih tzu for breeding, he is 2 1/2 years old, we live in Las Vegas, NV area. Reaching out to neighboring states preferably (California or Arizona). From doing extensive research it is my understanding it is ideal for the female dog to come to the dog's habitat in order to mate.
