Duties and Responsibilities:
* General Office Work - Computer Literate, Filing, Copying, Scheduling Appointments, assist with data entry and tax forms, general duties to include but not limited to
* Excellent Customer Service and handle heavy inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
* Able to multitask and handle a variety of challenges quickly, with a high level of accuracy in a fast paced office environment
* Run errands as needed for supplies, etc...
Requirements:
* Must speak Fluent English & Spanish
* Must be reliable, dependable, responsible, detail-oriented, good phone etiquette *
This is a hands-on position in a busy tax office, excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills and must thrive under pressure
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
