Hourly rentals by reservation only, available 7 days/wk for day and night hours.
Reservations need to be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise $30/hr rate applies for short-notice.
You have to request your very first reservation at least a week in advance, and pay in advance to confirm.
After the first time, you make payment the day of the rehearsal, and can request reservations closer to the date you want, as long as the reservation can still be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
This is the only practice room in the building - you won't be surrounded by other bands in a noisy environment.
Rehearsal room door opens right out into the building's gated parking lot, for easy load-in.
Practice room is our 19'x23' acoustically treated, hardwood floor recording studio live room, available when we're not booked for sessions.
There is a big comfortable couch for lounging, and also a large wall mirror, so you can either watch yourself practice, or draw the curtains to cover the mirror.
Included equipment available for rehearsal use: Drum set (bring your own cymbals/snare/kick pedal), selected guitar/bass amps, and a xxxx-Watt PA system with up to 3 vocal stage mics. We also have a Baldwin acoustic piano for use in rehearsals or recording sessions at no extra charge.
