Casting Agency Assistant Needed for Start Up Agency in Los Angeles, California For Sale

I will be brief and straight to the point. I am in need of a Personal Assistant with experience in the casting industry; must have an idea of organization of model submission intakes to creative thinking of marketing and everything in-between.
Some bonus areas and skills
Searching out and finding models, organizing and interview them for shoots, set up shoots, shoot them, organize and process video (video editing skills a plus), edit photos and stamp them with logos/copyright (some Photoshop skills a plus), upload and update/build new websites (html or webdesign skills a plus), market and promote said sites thru social media (social media experience a plus) and sales in printed materials online.
You will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement during interview.
