LET ME FIRST START OFF BY SAYING THAT THE FIRST 2 PICTURES ARE OF BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS FOR A PROJECT WHERE WE STRIPPED OFF THE FAILED SEALER AND BECAUSE OF THE EXPOSURE TO THE SUN WITH THE WRONG SEALER AS WELL, THE COLORS FADED FROM THE CONCRETE TILE. SO WE RESTAINED THE TILES TO MATCH THE TILES UNDERNEATH THE COVERED AREA WHICH DIDN'T HAVE THE SUN DAMAGE. AND THEN RESEALED THE TILES WITH A GLOSS FINISH TO PROTECT THE STAIN AND THE TILES.
THE 3RD & 4TH PICTURES ARE WHERE WE STRIPPED OFF THE OLD AND DIRTY SEALER, DID SOME GROUT REPAIR AND STAINED THE GROUT AN OFF WHITE BECAUSE OVER TIME THE DIRT HAD BEEN GROUND INTO THE GROUT AND WAS IT WAS JUST TOO SPLOTCHY AND DIRTY TO LOOK GOOD. AND THEN SEALED THE TILES WITH A POLISHED FINISH.

My name is Will Arnzen and I am a licensed tile and stone contractor and a licensed B general contractor. Specializing in tile and stone installations, tile and concrete demolition and removal, and concrete paver and flagstone installations.
For the concrete demoltion we can do large areas as well as areas which require more intricate work and concrete cutting. We recycle the concrete rather than going to overfull landfills..
The first 2 pictures are before and after shots of a patio that we removed the cracked Saltillo tiles and replaced and stained new tiles to match the existing , expanded the walkway, demoed the concrete and tile around the fountain, and cut out a nice rounded garden area for the patio. And we added a circular 5 inch terra cotta band to match the step pavers we installed.
The third photo is of the entry to a Jewelry building where we precisely cut out the terrazzo and concrete. We then reinforced and leveled the substrate and installed polished and flamed granite tiles and a granite slab.
The fourth photo is of a retaining wall built of torn out and broken concrete with mortar joints. With plants or without recycled concrete retaining walls, planters, fireplaces, and barbeques look almost like natural stone with a rustic look. Alot less expensive than manufactured stone. We are masons so it does take a little bit of experience and a good eye to make a sound and good looking wall.
We make sure to take care of your house when working. We can move furniture, isolate rooms and areas with plastic barriers, and we use plenty of drop clothes inside and outside.
