Hey there - I'm an upcoming music producer looking to live in someones house (or in an apartment) near Studio City / Burbank area. My music studio will be there and so are my industry contacts. I'm looking to stay as close to them as possible so this would be main priority.
I need to be able to fit my King Size tempurpedic bed. Other than that I have a mini fridge, clothes & shoe rack. I have no TV or anything else since my main priority is to stay focused.
I'd prefer to have my own bathroom but that isn't a deal breaker.
I plan on working at the studio just about every day or spending some time with my parents in Laguna Hills on the weekend.
