** Front Desk Receptionist Warehouse Worker Needed;Busy Medical Office looking for a front desk receptionist.
Candidate must have 1 year prior office or administrative experience.
Skills Required:
-******Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST******
-Scheduling patient's appointments
-Knowledge of Workers Compensation/No Fault is a plus
-Experience with Medical Records/EHR
-Knowledge of Eclipse is a plus
-Manage office calendar
-Perform routine filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing
The hours are as follows:
Monday - 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday - 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday - 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday - 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturday - 10:00am- 5:00pm
Education:
-High school or equivalent
