Female Singer/Songwriter Seeking Band in Los Angeles, California For Sale

I'm Alma Soul, I'm looking for musicians to collaborate with to flesh out songs that I have written. I'm looking for a Neo/Nu soul sound. My influences are Mary J Blige, Whitney Houston, Amy Winehouse, Lana Del Rey, and FKA Twigs.
I want to work with musicians that are dedicated and will treat this like a business. My inner circle of Grammy winning mentors along with my manager have experience placing music and getting gigs, I myself have adept at marketing and project management. I want us to be our own label, our own machine. The music industry is tough, especially now. So it really takes the right kind of people to make the right kind of noise. (As most of you know).

Looking for a DRUMMER, GUITARIST like Jonny Greenwood, and a BASSIST. If you play multiple instruments that would be a plus. I'm open to pianists, cello players, and anybody that creates their sounds mostly from a computer/key board (electronica).
Fresh producers are also very welcome.
