Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 am ? 6:30pm
DUTIES
-Filing
-Carefully Audit Receipts
- Shipping using FEDEX/ UPS/ USPS
-Occasional lifting of products weighing 5lbs or varies
- Audit FedEx shipments
- Inventory Control
- Label making
-Organizing and packaging materials
- Data entry of products
-Organizing the office and office supplies
-Scanning, faxing, copying and emailing
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
**MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO PICK UP ON THINGS QUICKLY**
- Very Detail Oriented
- Highly Organized
- Ability to follow directions
- Strong Multi-tasking skills

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1-2 years Office Experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Very strong computer skills and internet savvy
- Must have analytical thinking skills
- Displays professionalism, integrity and a team ? oriented mentality
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to type 40wpm
- Excel proficient a MUST!
