ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Manage the day to day operations of Executive?s office.
Interact with senior executives, legal counsel, associates, vendors, potential consultants and corporate partners with a high degree of professionalism.
Screen all incoming calls; take messages and direct inquiries accordingly.
Assist in updating Executive?s daily, weekly, monthly calendars as appointment changes occur Purchasing/organizing items for all Executive?s personal requests.
Manage driver?s schedule to ensure timely arrival to events and appointments.
Assist in arranging domestic and international travel for Executive & team.
Work on personal projects for Executive.
Participate in all events closely associated with Executive.
Support all departments and employees of BCBGMAXAZRIA to assist in getting their deliverables met.
Responsible for the organization and maintenance of clothing samples and Executive?s office.
Ability to hold confidential content in a critical nature.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentation.
File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
Effectively support other administrative assistants, especially for high priority meetings, deadlines and deliverables.
Anticipate a variety of needs and problems and proactively suggest approaches and solutions.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency, initiative, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Routinely answering questions and redirecting to appropriate personnel.
Ability to be flexible with time and needs.
Available to travel.
Assist with projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and meet the following qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills required; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Conduct her/himself with the highest degree of dignity, professionalism, and interpersonal effectiveness while exercising sound judgment.
Have a sense of urgency.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
 -Minimum of 3-4 years experience in an administrative roll.
 -Minimum of Bachelor?s Degree.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
