A top producing real estate agent with Re/Max is looking for a licensed, experienced Real Estate Assistant. This is an extremely high volume office and the ideal candidate must have the skill and experience to organize and manage multiple projects at one time.
Responsibilities:
* Assist a Top Producer and Office Manager with the day to day operations of the real estate sales team
* Liaison between the agent, team and clients
* Coordinate ALL transactions from conception to close
* Coordinate duties and responsibilities of the team
* Assist in scheduling, training and support for the agent and team
* Manage agents calendar
* Attend and manage showings, Brokers Opens and inspections
* Oversee all listing files
* Design, prepare and implement all aspects of marketing, including working with the social media team
Requirements:
* Must have 3+ years of experience working in the real estate industry and must have an active CA Real Estate License
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, Win Forms, CRMLS, Zillow, Topproducer8i, REALTOR, Craigslist, Postlets, Loopnet, Co:Star, BizBuySell
* Must be able to multi:task and have a keen attention to detail
* Working knowledge of disclosures and contracts
* Outstanding written and oral presentation skills
* Willing to work weekends
* Must have reliable form of transportation, drivers license and current insurance
