Pt. Time Personal Assistant
Highly successful executive director of a private practice is seeking a detail oriented personal assistant, to work in West Los Angeles home. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on autonomy, and can overseeing a broad range of projects. Candidates must be extremely competent, responsible, independent, with a ?can do? attitude, and be able to take ownership of a project and see it through until completion. Being flexible, able to think on their feet, and work with minimal supervision is key. As well, they must be able to handle the myriad of tiny request and task that details her many developing projects. If you love babies and dogs, that would be a plus and a must!
Position requirements and responsibility are as follow but not limited to:
- Shopping, walking family pet, scheduling appointments, arranging maintenance service calls, out of town travel, event planning and on call availability. Own working vehicle, valid license, able to drive long distances, live within 3miles of West Los Angeles and able to commit to a full day on Wednesday.
This part time position will require flexibility due to weekly scheduling. As well, the position can increase to full time as executive assistant in February depending on the candidate?s performances and initiative during the part-time status.
Due to the level of experience required for the Executive Assistant position, applicants must have strong knowledge and understanding of website maintenance through WordPress, vlogging event marketing.
Pay rate for the Part-time Assistant position is $13-15 p/hours. Weekly minimum of 20 hours. Once position advance to Exec. Assistant, pay will increase to salary with benefits.
