TASKS FOR SUCCESS: Gather information from prospective customers to properly qualify them.Evaluate customer electrical usage and site conditions Provide technical information about solar PV systems Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers.Create recommended system design and panel layout based on customer's specific requirements and solar goals Source and develop client referrals Make outbound calls to existing customers Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships thru out the whole process SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:Product Knowledge : Knowledge about solar brand and equipment, solar finance and lease options. Be familiar with solar market and technology.Qualification Questioning: Ability to ask qualifying questions and be able to understand customer needs.Time Management : With many daily tasks and activities, it is important to be able to have good time management system. Time management is key to success.Active Listening : Being a great listener and be able to overcome objectionsmunication : Great communication skills is part of success. Communication is a key element not only with customer also with company team.Digital Savvy : MS Office, Adobe, Docusign, Salesforce,CRM tools, Mapping tools, online solar platforms : All these tools are created to improve time managements , closing ration and number of sales.
