Full-time Housekeeper Needed in Los Angeles, California For Sale

Full-time Housekeeper needed for an executive family estate in the City of Palos Verdes Estates. The work schedule can be Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm with a one-hour lunch.
Job Description: Maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy (inside and outside) household environment, which may include: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, dusting, cleaning, trash disposal, windows, staircase, laundry, ironing clothes, making beds, washing dishes, preparing meals, buying groceries, keeping inventory of household supplies and foods, caring for pets, running errands, answering phones, possible minimal child-care duties while parents get ready for work, and other housekeeping duties as assigned. Note: The house is 7,500 square feet.
Qualifications: 3+ years of housekeeping experience. Hotel/motel experience is a plus. Knowledge of deep cleaning techniques and cleaning products; ability to perform standard housekeeping duties. Good attention to detail, reliable, honest, hardworking, high energy.
