We are currently seeking a Specialty Pharma Sales Rep to help us meet these goals. Multiple territories available.
The Specialty Pharma Sales Rep should have a sales/marketing background, exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership drive, and be an independent self:starter.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This excellent sales career opportunity involves calling on health care providers, hospitals and clinics within a specific geographic area. Day:to:day responsibilities include promoting advantages, features and benefits of pharmaceutical medications, making sales calls to healthcare providers, and building a strong rapport with sales contacts, doctors offices and staff.
The Specialty Pharma Sales Rep will be responsible for communicating product advantages, features and benefits, as well as play a vital role in fostering QSPs reputation and image. The Rep will also be responsible for selling and promoting products in a highly professional, ethical and knowledgeable manner. The Sales Rep must be able to meet monthly sales quotes and generate business.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
:Candidates should possess at least 3+ years of experience in outside business to business sales with a proven track record of success.
:Excellent communication, interpersonal and rapport building skills. Should have experience in the healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team setting focusing on meeting established objectives.
:Must have access to HIV providers and HIV community contacts.
:Must be able to demonstrate an ability to quickly learn new information and be able to verbally communicate a pattern of success.
:Highly effective organizational skills to implement a variety of programs, such as speaker programs and other activities
:Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives
