Housekeeper Wanted
Experienced Full-Time Housekeeper wanted for a large residential estate house in Palos Verdes Estates. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
General duties are to maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy household environment, which may include: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, dusting, cleaning, trash disposal, window cleaning, doing laundry, ironing clothes, making beds, washing dishes, preparing meals, buying groceries, running errands, answering phones, working together with other household staff, and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience: Three years of housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods; physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend; ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30 pounds).
Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail; reliability; listening skills; adaptability; planning and organizing; team work; integrity; honesty; high energy levels. At least minimal competency in English.
