Retail Insurance Representative *INSURANCE AGENTS MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE CERTIFICATION. WE WILL APPOINT EACH AGENT WITH OUR CARRIER PARTNERS. We have a unique alliance with a National Tax Franchise that allows us to place RetireCo Reps (independent insurance agents) inside retail tax preparation stores to assist both existing and walk:in customers with their insurance needs. In all locations, our reps will have the opportunity to offer ACA Health Insurance Enrollments beginning in late November (starting immediately in most locations). In select locations, reps will be able to provide additional fixed L and H and P and C insurance products. Reps may be asked to complete tax school and become registered as a tax preparer. We are accepting resumes at this time and will contact qualified candidates for an initial phone interview OR invite to register for introductory training. _________________________________________________________________________ Location: Regional in select locations. Compensation: Commission plus attractive hourly wages for reps cross:trained to assist with tax preparation. Additional bonuses may be available at select locations. Leads: Reps will have access to hundreds of existing and prospective customers via our alliance with a major tax preparer. Carriers: RetireCo Reps have access to over 150 life and health insurance carriers, as well as 50 property and casualty insurance carriers. Own your book of business day one. Marketing: Representatives receive all of their RetireCo marketing materials in an online format for easy use. All Reps will participate in an ongoing local marketing program. Training: Representatives receive all training direct from RetireCo via on demand online video and traditional training. Support: Each Representative is paired with both internal and external carrier support team to assist with all marketing and sales. Ideal Candidate: Ideal candidates will be organized, self:motivated and enthusiastic individuals ready to learn a new skill as a tax preparer, while selling insurance. Desired Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of email, CRM and related office software. Driven by face:to:face sales and opportunities. Desired Experience: Background and one (1) year of experience selling life and health insurance* to customers face:to:face. *Must possess a valid life and health insurance license in good standing.
