RequirementsCORE COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of HUD, CTCAC and affordable housing programs required.
Knowledge of organizational and community policies and procedures. Ability to apply policies and procedures to solve everyday issues.
Advanced professional verbal and written communications skills that enable clear and effective communication with staff, vendors, upper management, ownership, and prospective and current residents. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
Demonstrated knowledge of properties in (sub) market and their respective demographics.
Must be self-motivated assertive, and a positive solutions-focused team member.
Knowledge of basic office practices and procedures, and filing and maintenance of fiscal records. Ability to exercise initiative and problem-solving skills. Ability to establish priorities, coordinate work activities, and multi-task.
