EXPERIENCED APARTMENT MANAGERS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!!
We are seeking an organized, motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Property Manager for Apartment buildings in the Los Angeles, San Fernando and Hawthorne Areas.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Property Managers are the single point of contact for Owners and Tenants. They coordinate repairs: keep every one up to date on anything that would affect either party. Property condition verification, new tenant processing, etc.
DUTIES:
*Showing and leasing units and renewing leases.
*Marketing and Advertising.
*Collecting and Depositing Rents.
*Managing resident services and issues.
*Getting Units Rent Ready
*Coordinate maintenance tasks/work.
*Monitor vendor work.
*Enforcing community rules and guidelines
*Issuing notices and warnings.
*Perform other functions/ Tasks as may be required by the position and the Supervisor.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
*More than 2 years experience managing an apartment complex.
*Excellent customer service skills
*Excellent service skills and proving record of closing deals.
*Able to live on site.
*Knowledge of Yardi.
*Team player; Organized; Detailed Oriented.
*Will treat the property as his/her own.
* Self starter and with great management abilities: multi tasker.
