Who pays me?
The SELLER pays my commission. For example, lets assume Mr. Smith is selling his home for $200,000 and has agreed to pay a 6% commission fee for the services of a listing agent. If the home sells at this price, the commission paid to the "listing agent" will be $12,000. The listing agent then splits this fee with the "buyers BROKER". Under this example, the buyer pays NOTHING for the services of a licensed BROKER: THE SELLER IS PAYING THE BUYERS BROKER.

If you are a "buyer", you could use the services of a real estate "salesperson", or you could use the services of a real estate "Broker". BUT if it costs you NOTHING, why would you use someone who is only a licensed "salesperson" when you could use a licensed Real Estate BROKER who is also an ATTORNEY? Remember, a "salesperson" works under the supervision and authority of a Broker.
What I have shared with you, other real estate salespersons, and brokers, DO NOT want you to know because they CANNOT offer you what I can. Ask the next real estate person you speak with: Are you a salesperson? Are you a broker? Are you an attorney? THEN DECIDE WHO YOU WANT IN YOUR CORNER.
I can also help you purchase at a NEW HOME tract. However, you must contact me BEFORE you visit the location or I will not be able to help.
