Job Description: With offices on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood/Beverly Hills we are a three year old company that is looking for a dynamic, proactive Broke of Record to help us increase our sales volume and agent growth. Our current Broker of Record is located in an underperforming secondary office in the Desert which we are closing. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual must have proven experience managing elements of a Real Estate office, and must provide record of either training/mentoring OR recruiting real estate associates. Equity incentive of 25% of the existing company for the right person. There are currently 35 licenses hanging with the company. Position is open immediately. California Broker's License is Required
