Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic, career minded and skilled Real Estate Agents to work with our team and CLOSE DEALS. As a real estate agent with FAIR, you can expect to receive 3:4 live lead transfers every day and you will be paired up with 2 full:time telemarketers that will feed you opportunities. The only thing we require is that you join our brokerage and close deals. There are over 5,500 distressed properties in Los Angeles County and we are converting these properties into opportunities, daily. The RoleAct on behalf of FAIR as a Distressed Property Agent to list and sell properties in Los Angeles County. The Responsibilities Generate new leads from prospecting (door knocking, farming) Accept transfers from marketing efforts (inbound) Abide by strict company policies, processes and culture Pitch listing opportunities to prospects both inbound and outbound Act professional during working hours both in the office and on appointments Obtain listing agreements and ensure all documents are completed accurately Obtain client financial information at initial listing appointment and monthly. Financial documents include but not limited to: tax return, pay stubs, bank statements. Deliver documents requested by negotiator within 24 hours of request Follow up with all clients weekly Maintain a pipeline of deals. Agent is responsible to know all details about personal files on a daily basis. At appointments agent is required to complete a financial analysis worksheet with the potential sellers and add that information into property base before the end of the work day. Agent must take personal responsibility for their files Be on time to every appointment The Results Dedicate a minimum of 6 hours a day door knocking Bring in a minimum of 3 listings/month The Requirements Licensed real estate agent Experienced in phone sales Experienced in customer service Experienced in door knocking Excellent verbal and written communication skills required A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential Handle confidential and non:routine information The Results With sales management support, our leads and your persistence, you are expected to: Sign a minimum of 4 listings/month Close a minimum of 2 listings /month The CompanyWe provide a culture rich environment, structured around a set of defined core values.
