LEASING CONSULTANTS - Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants JOB DESCRIPTION NPM Staffing, a PropertyManagement Staffing Company, is looking to fill temporary and temporary topermanent Apartment Leasing Consultants for opportunities in various countiesof Los Angeles. There are advancement opportunities within NPM Staffing andtemporary positions often turn into permanent positions. Responsibilities Include: Assisting the Property Manager in gathering and compiling current market and economic information Preparing competitive and market analysis and market trends Generating and handling telephone and on-site traffic All activities related to apartment rentals including qualifying prospects, showing ready" apartments, closing the lease, and completing all related paperwork in accordance with the companys and the communitys established policies and procedures to ensure a timely move-in. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing. Provide high quality resident service and convey resident service requests to the Maintenance Supervisor and other service associates. JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience in customer service and sales preferred. Computer literacy in MS Word, e-mail and a familiarity with the Internet required. Experience with property management specific computer programs is a plus.
