Job Requirements:
Successful candidates should have mortgage loan origination experience (over two years preferred) and a current book of business, which includes Realtor referral partners.
Our loan originators are more than application takers. You should understand the required documentation and calculations needed to pre:qualify a borrower and how to package a loan for submission to processing.
A NMLS / CA license is required.
If you do not have a NMLS license, but have two or more years of recent origination experience or have a background in sales/marketing, we can guide you through the licensing process.
We will reimburse the cost of your 20 hour NMLS Pre:licensing course in the next pay period following the closing your first loan.
We will train you and give you the tools and support to be a top producing loan originator.
