Real Estate Assistant needed in Santa Clarita Valley and or San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, California For Sale

I am one of the fastest growing Realtors in Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys.
I need an Assistant to be paid commission only.
You will receive 25% of my commissions on deals that you facilitate through your efforts.
This translates to: on a $500,000 homes at 2.5% Commission that I receive, you will receive $xxxx.00. on a $640,000 home that you help me list in buying or selling, you will receive $xxxx.00
You can work the hours you choose because you are only paid commission not salary.
Job specifics include:
Cold Calling prospective clients to get them to list with Chris Mansouri, Realtor
Door to door dropping flyers, business cards, and door knocking to get people to list with Chris.
Looking up property specifics online, helping find comps and helping with Chris' website and Zillow profile
You should be:
Self motivated! This job can yield you a tremendous amount of money if you work it!
Out going! If you can't walk up to a stranger and strike up a conversation, this isn't the job for you.
Computer savvy. You must be able to negotiate Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as different websites
Professional appearance. If you don't look professional, ie clothes, appearance, this job is not for you.
You must be willing to work one Weekend day of your choosing.
I will be interviewing candidates for these positions all week. I need at least 5 solid assistants, so there are 5 positions open.
