Job Description
The assistant will split his or her time between assisting with office tasks and offsite real estate tasks. This role includes assisting with mortgage processing in the office and sourcing real estate for purchase when outside the office.
Salary: $13/hour
Required:
Must speak and write English proficiently
Must have a solid geographical understanding of Los Angeles County
Must have a car and a driver’s license. The job requires many hours of driving
Must be comfortable spending hours out of the office for work
Preferred:
Fluent in Spanish
