First Entertainment offers banking services to employees of the entertainment community. We are a member-owned, not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution formed to permit our members to pool their savings, lend to one another, and a place where they save, borrow, and obtain related financial services. The Real Estate Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing member service to real estate loan applicants, and obtaining real estate loan applications through the internal and external sources that have identified members likely to refinance or who are in the market for a mortgage loan. Members will be contacted by telephone and email. Prepare 1 st mortgage loan file for underwriter review. Provide information to members regarding program type, terms and rates. Inform and advise members of the most appropriate financing options available to them. Provide excellent service to First Entertainment members. Responsibilities: Contact members that have been identified as likely applicants to refinance or who may be in the market for a mortgage loan. Discuss various mortgage products which meet the members needs. Maintain contact and follow up with members to close loans. Consistently achieve established sales goals. Obtain all conditions required from borrower (ie income documentation, bank statements, escrow instructions). Analyze income. Order title, appraisal, flood insurance, demands, xxxxT, etc. Send application package to member and advise members they may apply online Obtain loan applications from Mortgagebot and transmit to Encompass daily Submit loans through Encompass and download to Automated Underwriting System to obtain approval.
