Senior Global Real Estate Associate - AIG (Los Angeles, CA) in Los Angeles, California For Sale
Position Description:
o Proactively drive communication as to outstanding issues, status of projects and progress toward targets.
o Maintain tracking for assets and departmental activity.
o Analyze and interpret property partnership agreements. Create and/or review existing cash flow waterfall analysis for property ownership.
o Analyze and abstract property diligence information such as operating financial statements, notes, rent rolls, and restrictive agreements. Identify inconsistencies in information and resolve information conflicts.
o Accurately input information into a standardized valuation model and the cash flow model.
o Establish supportable assumptions to support valuation analysis.
o Analyze and interpret property debt instruments.
o Interpret property submarket and comparable property information.
o Review property valuation analysis prepared by other analysts as needed.
o Present valuation model conclusions and assumptions in a concise and supported way.
Position Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience with a real estate development/operating company, or a lender.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Good experience in Real Estate Financial Analysis.
Strong Analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
