We are looking for a Skilled, Responsive, Honest and Reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician. To maintain a Luxury 60-Unit Property's overall appearance, general maintenance, routine minor plumbing & electrical Repairs, Preventative Maintenance, & General Upkeep. Basic Water Heater & Surveillance Camera Knowledge is a plus.
