Job Description
Boutique law firm in Century City is looking for a Transactional Real Estate Associate to join their busy and booming practice. To be considered, you must be licensed and in good standing with the California bar, you must have solid academic credentials, and you should have a minimum of 3+ years of transactional real estate experience in a law firm. Ideally, experience with leasing, acquisitions, financing, and general real estate transactions is desired. Candidates with 10+ years of experience will also be considered.
The annual billable requirement is competitive with other real estate practices in Los Angeles, and salary will depend on experience.
