Hello, my friend and I are looking to share a room on the west side. Our budget is $xxxx for a room (so $500 each). A little about us: I'm 21, I go to UCLA for linguistics. I receive financial aid and also have part-time employment at Peet's Coffee. I'm focused on my education, but also friendly and pretty social. I am dog/cat friendly. I am passionate about music and learning new instruments, but I am mindful to not disturb others if they are home! My schedule changes every school term, but I generally lead a pretty busy life. My friend, Melanie, is 24. I?ve known her for 3 years. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Sociology and Dance. She's a professional dancer in Los Angeles. She teaches dance at several non-profit organizations in LA like Dance 2 Serve, Gabriella Foundation, and Coach Art. She also babysits at 6:30 in the morning and works part time at a gym called Trifit Club in Santa Monica. When she isn?t working she is mostly training, rehearsing, and working on dance projects . She will mostly be in and out of the house until 9 pm or later. She's outgoing, social, and super responsible. She can also be a homebody who loves to cook delicious meals as well. She?ll be happy to cook for all of us during the weekends:) She is very organized and proactive. She has a car so a parking spot or not so strict street parking would be a plus! Her home is very important to her so she hopes to find open minded people who are laid-back and willing to create an awesome energy for the place. Also we are both very tidy and respectful, open minded people.
