I am a 25 year old male professional moving to LA from Chicago and will arrive on August 27th. I am looking for a month to month lease to allow for flexibility when first arriving until I get settled in and feel comfortable signing something that's more long term. Although if I can't find anything I am willing to do 3 or 6 month lease maximum. I am laid back and am not bothered by much - just let me sleep at normal hours and don't eat my food. I personally am cleanly but don't mind living with people who aren't cleanly. I am a professional with a bachelors in electrical engineering. I will be searching for a job once I am in the area but have saved money to make this move from a years work as an engineer at Caterpillar, so money is not an issue. I would like to keep things cheap though so I am looking for rent under 750 a month. Contact me if you're looking for someone who is going to be a reliable and trustworthy roommate!! Little bit about my personality - I like to play piano, stay active (especially going for runs), get out of the house to do anything and everything, read, I watch some TV but it's usually only to binge watch a seasons worth of something, I like to try anything new that takes me out of my comfort zone and allows me to learn something I didn't know before. Interesting things about me: I lived in Germany for a year, I've taken horse back riding lessons, I've crocheted several afghans, I've been skydiving a few times
