Wanted! Working Female/College Student (age: 20s-30s) to move into 2 bdr/2ba apt located in East LA. 5 mi from Downtown & Cal State LA, 3 mi from So Pasadena & Alhambra. The room is very small, however is private with a wall length closet & private bathroom right across from your room door. Room will not be furnished. Spacious living room with open floor plan, kitchen & small balcony that runs the length of the apt. Unit is on the 2nd flr (no elevators).There is a designated parking spot for you directly under the building and it is gated. Apt complex is small (only 8 units), each with families and everyone keeps to themselves. No drama and safe. Rent is $550 per month (month 2 month lease). Deposit of $550 required to move in. Proof of stable income needed. Move in date is Feb 1st. Utilities include H20/power, gas/electric & internet. All utilities come to about $60/mo. per person. I am looking for someone who needs a place to stay with no frills, but has all the necessities as the apt is not fancy or new. About me: Working professional female in my late 20s. I tend to be out Mon. ? Fri. 10 am to 8pm. I hang out in the apt on the weekends (watching TV, playing video games) but do go out to run errands & exercise.
