I have a remodeled house that was built in xxxx. Its a 2 bedroom and 1 bath fully furnished bungalow house. The room that is available is empty and unfurnished. It is located in Echo Park on the border of Silverlake. The rent is $900/month and includes the following utilities: Water, Trash, Sewer, Internet, and Electric. $300 security deposit and a 1 year lease only. No garage but plenty of on street parking. MUST LOVE DOGS...I have a small 3.5 year old beagle/min pin mix named Nacho. Super chill and friendly. I take care of feeding him and taking him out but he's an extra tenant. The house has marbel countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, hardwood in the living room, carpeted bedrooms, travertine tile in the kitchen and bathroom, Washer/Dryer, French door fridge, and a dishwasher. I also have a bunch of cooking appliances like a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer, Food Processer, Wusthof Knives, Vitamix, Breville Juicer, and Weber BBQ.
