Clothing Optional Housemate wanted in Los Angeles, California For Sale

Professionally employed late 30's male and looking for a housemate to join me in a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom clothing optional apartment in Mascot a few minutes walk from the train station and fairly central to most things. You would occupy an oversized unfurnished sun drenched room with built-ins, your own bathroom, and a small balcony area off your room plus your own secured underground car space for $335 a week (free wireless ADSL2+ internet also), and free use of onsite facilities. Upfront am looking for another male from late 30's up to 55yo who is also professionally employed, respectful & reliable who is easy going & without drama as I am a very laid back guy and like to live stress free. I don't entertain at home much other then the occasional friend dropping in and at home prefer it to be low key which means I usually head out for loud nights.
