Hello, I'm currently in the process of moving to the LA area from Ohio and am in search of a decent priced place. I'd like to move by October 1st, however I want to make sure I have a place first so I'm not homeless. I'm a pretty open person, I don't party but I can live with someone who does, I don't have pets but they also don't bother me, I don't smoke but I've been around smokers so that doesn't bother me, etc. I prefer my own room, but am willing to share if the price is right.
