Hello I have rooms in my beautiful craftsman style home, its historic and over 100 yrs old with the original wood floorings. Looking for responsible female roommates. There is a child present in the home. So I need individuals who are like minded looking for a calm lifestyle and leaves the partying outside the front door Unfortunately I can not allow anymore pets on the property because we already have some. We offer wifi and cover utilities if not abuses. We are near silverlake, downtown LA (10min), Chinatown, Staples center, Atwater Village, Glendale, right near the 101 freeway( but no freeway noise), Rooms are for female singles only. First room is $750 with large walk in closet, 2nd room $700 with large closet, room is with closets and large windows. All rooms with hardwood floors and ceiling fans. Looking for quiet extremely clean professionals or students who are responsible in rent on time and are exceptionally clean. I have had already a string of messy roommates. We are chill here and make everyone feel at home. I have made many new friends with past roomies who gone and moved on with their lives :). Single person per room rental. Shared bathrooms and kitchen. Rooms with mini fridge upon availability Looking for homebodies, not party animals I'm in my thirties with a kid.
