Looking for mature (over 35) solo or shared house with male or female who is not an L.A. scenester but a professional with a real job and work hours..and is quiet after hours (no loud tv, no parties, no snoring issues) Prefer shared in nice house and/or apartment, condo, etc. Need my own bathroom and parking.
