I'm in need of a private, furnished room, preferably with my own bathroom. I work 12 hour days, so I'm not around much. I love to cook, so a clean kitchen would be great. Still new to LA, so wouldn't have many house guests. I'd really like AC, and to be near Koreatown where I work. Other than that, less than a grand with a place to lay my head and park my car, and I'm a happy chick. Please, please, be clean.
