Hello Future housemates! My name is Ashley. I am relocating from San Francisco to the Los Angeles area and am looking to rent a PRIVATE room in the hollywood/weho/central LA area starting in May. I Have lived in LA in the past and am excited to be returning. I am a part-time student, have reliable income, and always pay bills on time! I am interested in finding someone to be roommates with since the cost of living in Hollywood is so expensive. Im hoping to pay around $600-800 for a room in an already furnished apartment. I am 22 years old and looking for someone responsible and classy, preferably around the same age (no older than 30) to live with. I am a very clean and tidy person and always respectful of common areas. When I'm not at school or working I like to go out, socialize, and have drinks. I do NOT bring the party home and would ask that you do the same. I'm very outgoing and nice, I pretty much get along with everyone and have been told I'm a great roommate!
