I'm a newbie to LA and don't know anyone yet. I'm looking for a short-term lease in Santa Monica/Venice or West Hollywood areas; preferably 3 or 6 months and then month to month. My move in date is flexible. I've lived overseas for the past couple years, everywhere from South Africa to Europe to the UAE but as much as I love traveling, it can be strenuous so I decided to make LA my home.
