Hi my name is Jeremy Vargas, I am looking for in and around Los Angeles County. My mom died recently and I now need a place and I want to get a cat. I am willing to pay up to $800.00 a month. I don't have a car so would need help moving in...I live in temporary housing at this time. I can provide proof of income (permanent disability) if needed. I get $xxxx.00 a month from disability. I will be ready for on the 1st of January with a money order to cover the first month. As I said I am in temporary housing in Covina. Call or me I'll be ready for the 1st...I want a fair deal. Update Jan. 6 O.k., I had to pay rent for Jan. so now I'll be ready Feb. 1. On Feb. 1st, I'll have a money order to cover the first month whatever that is. Thanks for looking.
