1 room with a bathroom (NOT a shared room - but a shared bathroom is totally fine). Laundry access. I am comfortable living with stoners, and I am comfortable living with conservatives. I do not partake, but I am easy-going so long as you do not use heavy/hard drugs. I'd like to be able to come and go (quietly) at all hours. I am a light sleeper, so preferably not a party house. I'd also prefer to live with females, but I'll consider living with a male. Perks: a bath tub, a nice private outdoor sun bathing spot, access to patio or yard or something of that sort. That would be nice, but not required!
