Looking for someone to sign a year lease with us for an apartment in Marina Del Rey. A single or a couple is welcome. It's a quiet apartment complex with just two levels and outdoor entry. There are two pools, an exercise room, laundry onsite, and a community room you can reserve for parties. There's a tandem parking spot and plenty of street parking. The bathroom will be shared with 2 people, but it has 2 sinks that are separate from the shower & toilet. The bedroom has carpeted floors and a large mirror closet.
