Hi, my name is Rob, and I am a US Army Veteran, and a business student at Pepperdine University. I am on to inquire about a possible Home/Townhouse that may have room for 3 individuals. My brother, my girlfriend and myself. This is a very unique situation, as LA is extremely expensive and my brother and I hail from Kansas, and my girlfriend from the bay area. My brother goes to Los Angeles Film School for music production and my girlfriend holds a Bachelor's of Arts from CSUDH. We are working professionals, looking for a home that may be owned by an individual or family that may be vacant or rarely occupied. We currently rent an apartment in Downtown Long Beach, CA, and are interested in moving this December. Again, we know we are a very unique situation, we just want to see what's out there on the market before we decided to rent out an apartment. Thanks for reading!
