We are two friendly, hard-working musicians in our early 20's in need of a third roommate to take the empty room in our beautiful house. The house is just north of Koreatown right off of Beverly on N. Harvard Blvd. It has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a driveway that fits three cars nicely, a large living room, spacious kitchen, backyard area for working out and a brand new washer and dryer out. We both lead a healthy lifestyle of eating well and exercising frequently. We both have flexible work schedules and generally play music during the day, usually between the hours of 10a-6pm (occasionally later depending on the day).
