Just relocated back to Los Angeles after being away in Kansas City taking care of my mother for the last 2 years who is suffering from Alzheimer's. I have finally gotten her the best of care and now need to get back to my life and career. I'm a pretty successful dj/vocal artist and just want to find a chill house that I can share with a cool, clean, responsible roommate or landlord. I have an Abyssinian cat who comes with me. He likes to go for walks outside a lot which is why an apartment won't work unless it has a nice balcony he can use. A place with a yard that I can play with him in would be ideal. (I keep him on a harness when he's outside.) I rarely or never will have visitors, I don't party but can have an occasional drink & am 420 friendly. I am driven and focused on my career, finishing my productions and getting back to regular traveling as a dj as soon as I get myself settled. Right now staying at a friends apartment in a very small room, he is a heavy smoker and my cat is just as miserable, I need a house! I have a bedroom in storage that I would like to use again. Waiting on finding that perfect place so I can sleep in my bed I haven't seen in over 2 years! Ideally, I'd like to share with a cool person who doesn't mind me working from home during the weekdays and likes cats. When I start traveling on weekends again, I will board my cat so you never have to worry about him. Hope you're out there!
