Ideally, share a downtown apt or Chinatown or Little Tokyo with 2 others. I am used to living with others. I have two sources of income. I am widowed and divorced and I have two sons, and a daughter-in-law and a year old grand-daughter. I raised my sons alone for several years after their Mom died, so I think I am pretty easy to get along with. I have lots of interests including good conversations and eating healthy and jump roping. I am not available to move until at least March 1, xxxx, and it can be later. I don't have to move right away. I want to live downtown or close by, but no big hurry. Currently live near Torrance. Can pay $800 a month, maybe up to $xxxx.
