Shared room is for girls only. House has 7 bedrooms so I decided to lease one as a shared room for 5 or 4 girls. Its a great community to help or collaborate with aspiring artist. Share a furnished giant room with a 7' x 8' walk-in closet. Brand new memory foam mattresses. Month to month lease... meaning if you dont like it you can just give me a 30 day notice.
