ACCOUNT MANAGER : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We are a manufacturer and distributor of specialty foods based in Southern CA. We develop, market and distribute a wide range of packaged gourmet foods with distribution across all retail channels in the U.S.
We are looking for an individual with the enthusiasm, work ethic and ability to juggle multiple activities in a fast pace environment to support the companys wide range of sales and marketing activities. Based on performance, there may be an immediate opportunity to move up in the company and assume more responsibility. Compensation will be increased accordingly.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include managing our existing customer base, as well as expanding and building new accounts through lead follow up and independent research.

Pursue a range of sales and marketing activities to develop new business.

Prepare presentation material and samples for new business opportunities.
:
Strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers.
:
Effectively manage our products at the store:level for key accounts through calls, store visits and product demonstrations.

Follow up with appropriate buyers, brokers, sales reps and distributors to successfully secure new business opportunities and growth at existing accounts
:
Take full ownership of sales channels with respect to strategic planning, sales execution and account management.
